Building a network of care

Our commitment to inclusion, culture and the self-determination of First Nation peoples is grounded in long-standing partnerships, integrated systems and strong governance.

We take an active role in community engagement, contribute to industry and policy reform consultations and continue to strengthen and grow our relationships with allied health professionals and broader stakeholder groups to bring about social and economic value in remote communities.

Our local presence as an established, resourced and well-connected entity sets us in a unique position to help local voices be heard and respected and raise the quality of care delivered on Country.

Ubuntu Behaviour Support

Ubuntu brings a strong reputation and expertise as a provider of culturally-responsive behavioural support services. Positive Behaviour Support is critical to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) support delivery, safeguarding the rights of vulnerable people within it.

Our partnership enhances the skills of our teams with specialist training in areas such as Positive Behaviour Support, Autism, psychosocial disabilities (mental health, schizophrenia/psychotic disorders, bipolar), de-escalation and risk management.

Together, we’re building capacity and confidence ensuring our clients receive safe, person-centred disability support care.

Russell Family Fetal Alcohol Disorder Association (RFFADA)

Our connection with the RFFADA helps to provide carers, family members and those affected prenatally by alcohol with improved access to diagnostic services, multidisciplinary management planning and a supportive community environment without judgement or blame.

We are working with RFFADA to educate our people and equip them with the knowledge and resources to identify clients living with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), help them to access supports and deliver tailored, culturally-appropriate supports to these individuals in their communities.

Achievements & Accreditations

EMG Inclusive Supports are guided by global best practice and recognised quality frameworks ensuring we continuously strive for excellence and meaningful impact.

Our internationally accredited systems and alignment with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Standards reflect our dedication to safe, responsive, and person-centred care. These achievements reinforce our role in expanding access to high-quality, culturally enriched health services and helping people living with disability and their families in remote communities to be valued and supported to reach their goals.

Our accreditations and industry recognition are not only a testament to our standards but to the tangible difference we make every day.
