Our hub in Hope Vale is the base for our supports to the communities of the Cook region. Our customised vehicles and large and mobile team allows our supports to extend north to Laura and as far south as Wujal Wujal and the Daintree communities in addition to Hope Vale and Cooktown.

Pietrina DeWaal
Team Leader - Cooktown & Wujal Wujal
Having made Far North Queensland her home for more than 30 years, and over half a decade employed in roles that support her community, Pietrina brings a wealth of experience and local knowledge to our program. A bright and bubbly personality, she loves that the face-to-face nature of her role is growing her connections in all the Cook region’s communities.
Pietrina is committed to strengthening these communities, and helping people in them; clients, her team or those that surround them, to live their best lives.
Farzana Woibo
Team Leader - Hope Vale
Farzana brings her calm and patient nature to her team and enjoys seeing our clients enjoy themselves. It brings her great joy to see the way our supports grow their capability and their happiness in the community.
Farzana believes her communities can grow strong through alignment and communication, and with roots in the Binthi Warra, Junju Warra and Kuku-Thaypan people she has the connections and role to be instrumental in developing this strength.
Georgette Woibo
Support Worker
Georgette has been part of the Inclusive Supports team since early 2021 and has enjoyed getting to know many of the clients in Hope Vale and helping out her community.
With family ties to Binthi, Junjuwarra and Kuku-Thaypan people, she has connections in many of the communities in the region. Through her role with us, she is supporting her communities to grow as one and to look out for each other.
Bryce Deemal
Support Worker
A proud Binthir man, Bryce has spent more than three years modelling how helping his Hope Vale community can be both enjoyable and beneficial for everyone.
He hopes to see the employment and support opportunities grow in his home community and is doing his part to build the capability of both the team he works with and his clients to realise these opportunities.
