Alice Schiller
Seeing the difference we make to participants and their daily lives is the most rewarding part of Alice’s role. Having worked in support services for many years, she has seen firsthand numerous people needing to be relocated away from family and their home community and connections to access supports.
Her role, building the capability of community members to engage in support worker roles to assist their fellow community members and families, and growing productive relationships with other stakeholders and allied health providers is ensuring people in Aurukun have access to high quality supports right in their community. This allows clients to stay connected to their country, culture, family and friends, and greatly enhances our supports there.

OUR TEAM
Led by local voices.
At EMG Inclusive Supports we are a connected family built on trust, empathy and deep community pride. We believe lasting change begins within—our team is made up of people from the very communities we support. They bring local knowledge, cultural respect and work with care, purpose and a strong sense of responsibility.
Together, we help communities grow their capabilities and shape their own futures.

Nathan Henderson
Team Leader
Having lived in the Cape for a number of years, Nathan brings a strong connection to the Aurukun community and a passion for creating positive change. Recently stepping into the Team Leader role, you’ll often find Nathan out in community having a yarn and building relationships through culture and conversation.
He’s a true supporter for local voices leading the way and ensuring those delivering supports are well-resourced and empowered to do their best.
For Nathan, the most rewarding part of his work is helping others grow in skill, confidence and self-worth, and seeing that impact inspire the next generation to learn, lead and thrive.

Robert Woolla
Support Worker
With a clear desire to see the Aurukun community continue to prosper, Robert most enjoys the parts of his role that allow him to support his clients to engage in local activities and events.
A proud Wik Munkan man, he hopes that his role can continue to contribute to the preservation of local culture by supporting on-country experiences for his clients and other community members.

Rebecca Wolmby
Support Worker
Rebecca is a proud Wik woman bringing supports to her community, helping to grow Aurukun’s strength.
Since joining the team in late 2024 she has enjoyed supporting clients at community events, sorry business and even to travel out of community for appointments in Cairns.
All of these activities help to keep people in Aurukun and maintain connections to community and culture, both of which she sees as important parts of her role.
Our team members profiled here are just a glimpse of the incredible people who make up our workforce across Country.
