OUR TEAM
Led by local voices.
At EMG Inclusive Supports we are a connected family built on trust, empathy and deep community pride. We believe lasting change begins within—our team is made up of people from the very communities we support. They bring local knowledge, cultural respect and work with care, purpose and a strong sense of responsibility.
Together, we help communities grow their capabilities and shape their own futures.

Melissa Solomon
Program Coordinator
Melissa has always wanted to write a novel, and with a passion for helping people and years of experience in remote communities she certainly has some awesome stories to recount. Since joining our supports in 2021 she has found satisfaction in seeing the positive impact our service has on our clients’ and their families’ lives.
She loves that our activities allow Elder clients passing on cultural knowledge to our support teams. She enjoys finding opportunities for local community members and has grown a great team in Woorabinda.

Bradley Cameron
Support Worker
Bradley is a role model for empowerment in his community. Not only does he hope the younger generations in Woorabinda see the positives of employment in support work, but he also mentors the young clients he supports in all aspects of life.
Already more than a year into his role, Bradley is committed to continuing to help and empower the Woorabinda community.

Marea Dallaway
Support Worker
Seeing her clients smile when they reach a goal is what Marea finds the most rewarding part of her role. She loves working in Woorabinda and helping out her community wherever she can.
She would like to see more of the younger generations, both from her Barada Barna and Tjungundji family groups, and others in the community, grow into employment.

Kevin Saltner
Support Worker
Helping community members in need is what attracted Kevin to work in supports, and what he hopes is the future for more people in Woorabinda.
He loves working with clients in ways that allow him to maintain his Indigenous culture, and experience even more, learning as he helps his community.
Our team members profiled here are just a glimpse of the incredible people who make up our workforce across Country.
