OUR TEAM

Led by local voices.
At EMG Inclusive Supports we are a connected family built on trust, empathy and deep community pride. We believe lasting change begins within—our team is made up of people from the very communities we support. They bring local knowledge, cultural respect and work with care, purpose and a strong sense of responsibility.

Together, we help communities grow their capabilities and shape their own futures.

Team member Kevin Saltner_Woorabinda.png

Kevin Saltner

Support Worker

  • Helping community members in need is what attracted Kevin to work in supports, and what he hopes is the future for more people in Woorabinda.

He loves working with clients in ways that allow him to maintain his Indigenous culture, and experience even more, learning as he helps his community.

Team member Marea Dallachy_Woorabinda.png

Marea Dallachy

Senior Support Worker

  • Seeing her clients smile when they reach a goal is what Marea finds the most rewarding part of her role. She loves working in Woorabinda and helping out her community wherever she can. Since beginning with us in late 2024, this commitment has seen Marea grow in her role and she was promoted to our Senior Support Worker in January 2026.

She would like to see more of the younger generations, both from her Barada Barna and Tjungundji family groups, and others in the community, grow into employment.

Team member Hannah Clancy_Woorabinda.png

Hannah Clancy

 Program Coordinator

  • While still being one of the newest members of our team, Hannah brings a wealth of aligned values and local knowledge from her Wulli Wulli culture to our supports.

She enjoys building genuine relationships and supporting people to grow in confidence, skills and independence. Already, the most rewarding part of her role has been seeing individuals and local staff feeling empowered in what they do while also helping with practical support with cultural understanding, respect and genuine connection to the Woorabinda community.

She values and champions culturally safe services that listen to community, build trust and create positive pathways for the future and hopes to keep contributing to a strong, empowered community where culture, connection and wellbeing remain at the centre of everything we do.

Our team members profiled here are just a glimpse of the incredible people who make up our workforce across Country.

Team member Veronica Henry_Woorabinda.png

Veronica Henry

Support Worker

  • A role with us appealed to Veronica so she could continue to care for her community. She enjoys supporting clients, helping them to join in community events and the role she has in bonding local cultures, including her Kuku Thaypan heritage, together.

Having supported local Woorabinda clients for more than six months, we look forward to seeing her continue to contribute to the growth of the community.

Team member Steltone Britche_Woorabinda.png

Steltone Britcher

Support Worker

  • Belonging to the local Yetimarla family group, Steltone has been in her role with us and looking after her community for well over a year now.

She enjoys spending time with clients and helping them to feel comfortable and safe while receiving their supports. Learning the ways to best meet the needs of her different clients has kept her growing her skills, and she is keen to keep progressing her knowledge and supporting her community.
